Très-Saint-Sacrement :: Municipalité de paroisse du Québec située dans la MRC du Haut-Saint-Laurent dans la région de la Vallée-du-Haut-Saint-Laurent en Montérégie, le long de la rivière de la Châteauguay. On dénombre une population d'environ 1150 habitants permanents, mais avec des milliers de touristes chaque année. Le territoire entoure la municipalité de village de Howick. Moitié français, moitié anglais.
